Why do I need to wait 24 hours after opening an account before I can make an investment?

If you have just opened a new account on the platform you will need to wait 24 hours before you can provide us with investment instructions. This regulatory requirement provides an opportunity for new investors to familiarise themselves with the information that can be found on our website regarding the risks of investing. During this time you will also be able to read the offer documents for any of the open investments you are interested in.  

Once these 24 hours have elapsed you will be able to provide us with your investment instructions, provided that you have completed your full registration on the platform.
