In this difficult time, we are all facing unprecedented challenges with the spread of Covid-19.

It is an important time to look after everyone and work together as a strong community.

Triodos Bank is a resilient organisation, as demonstrated by our 2019 annual results published just last week, and we have a robust business continuity plan being carried out by our excellent co-workers. We have a responsibility to ensure we continue to offer our services, and everyone has been working extremely hard to do so.

As a sustainable bank, we want to reassure you that in these unsettling times we’re here for you, providing help where we can. Our team has been reaching out to the businesses, charities and organisations we have raised investment for to see if they need advice or support. The organisations we’ve worked with operate in a variety of sectors and so will feel the effects of the current situation in different ways. One aspect they all share is their focus on continuing to make a positive impact on people and the planet through their work.

We are working with several organisations to launch their crowdfunding offers on the platform. One or two of the launches may be slightly delayed, but we hope to bring you the next investment offer shortly after Easter, with more to follow.

If you have any queries or concerns, we are here to help and please do email us in the first instance if you can at crowdfunding@triodos.co.uk or ring us directly on 0117 980 9593.

We also have specific Covid-19 related information and FAQs on our website , which we’re updating as the situation develops. Do also be aware that fraudsters are unfortunately taking advantage of this situation – read our latest advice to avoid falling foul of fraudulent activity here.

Thank you for your support and patience during this time, and stay well.
